The love of tennis starts here! This fun and welcoming class is designed just for our youngest beginners, using mini-nets, an 18 x 36-foot court, and specially designed red tennis balls. These larger balls have only 25% of the compression of a standard tennis ball, making them easier to hit—so kids enjoy longer rallies, better stroke development, and lots more FUN! We’ll start by preparing a savory, seasoned meat filling, then use it to stuff and shape puff pastry into fun, ghoulish coils (intestines) before baking to golden perfection. To complete the experience, you’ll make a cranberry-based dipping sauce for a spooky, and tasty, finishing touch. End on a sweet note as we bake pumpkin-spice chocolate chip muffins—a cozy fall favorite that perfectly balances the savory side of the menu. Perfect for a night full of fun costume parties, trick-or-treating, or spooky get-togethers! The registration fee covers immediate family members living in the same household only. If children are participating, adult supervision is required. The week of class, you will receive an email with an ingredient and supply list, prep packet, and Zoom link. A few days after the class, you will receive an additional email with the recipes used during the session.
