Facial exercises may help support muscle tone and circulation, which can contribute to a more refreshed appearance. In this workshop, you’ll learn simple techniques that may help: Soften the appearance of frown and forehead lines Improve the look of lines around the mouth, known as 'puppet mouth' Support a firmer-looking neckline Enhance the appearance of fuller cheeks Reduce the look of puffiness around the eyes Promote circulation and lymphatic flow You’ll leave with easy exercises you can incorporate into your routine to support a healthy, revitalized look.
