Master two distinct brioche-style doughs in this hands-on bake-along, where you’ll learn how to create both traditional sweet Czech kolache and savory Texas-style kolache completely from scratch. We’ll start with the classic European version made with a sweet brioche-style dough, filled with fruit preserves or sweetened cheese filling, topped with buttery crumble, and finished with a delicate glaze.
