This engaging class helps players build confidence and consistency using specially designed orange tennis balls on a 60 x 21-foot court. With 50% of the compression of a standard tennis ball, these balls make it easier to rally, refine technique, and feel successful right away. Students will develop groundstrokes, volleys, overheads, and serves while learning scoring, smart court positioning, and match play basics. Instruction follows the USTA Net Generation curriculum, creating a fun, active, and supportive environment where skills grow fast. Students who are registered for "Lunch Bunch" should bring a nut-free lunch and an additional beverage. *** Registering for a morning and an afternoon class at the same location? Join the "Lunch Bunch!" Community Education will provide a supervised hour between classes for you to enjoy the lunch you brought from home, then will get you to your afternoon class.
