Grief and the Mixed Media Art Journal

During this four-week series, your instructor, Brenda, who is a widow, will gently guide you in creating a meaningful mixed-media grief journal. Together, you'll create a safe, supportive space where your journal becomes a sacred vessel for expressing memories, emotions, and the many facets of grief. Through creative exploration and reflection, you'll honor your unique journey while taking gentle steps toward healing.
