Family Style Italian Cuisine

In this delicious, hands-on cooking class, you’ll prepare a classic Italian-inspired menu full of rich, comforting flavors. Start with chicken cacciatore made with fresh chopped garlic, sweet basil, red onion, mushrooms, and capers, all simmered in a savory marinara sauce.

Next, enjoy beef braciole stuffed with prosciutto and Parmesan cheese, braised in a flavorful burgundy sauce. These hearty dishes will be paired with creamy garlic mashed potatoes and tender green beans tossed in olive oil and lemon. There will also be plenty of bruschetta for dipping and savoring.

To finish, indulge in a decadent crème brûlée—a rich, silky custard topped with a perfectly caramelized sugar crust.

This class is offered in collaboration with Osseo Community Education. Please note that it will be held at Osseo Middle School.

Founder of "Flavors from the Home," Jeff's love of food began at the Lincoln Deli. He received formal training at L'Hotel Sofitel in Bloomington, MN and Houston, TX. His professional career spans over 40 years, and has taken him to such spots as Buca Di Beppo, Figlio, Sunsets on the Bay, My Pie Pizza, and the Sunshine Factory. Jeff has appeared on several cooking shows demonstrating his culinary wizardry; his passion is teaching and demystifying the process of gourmet cooking.
