Level 1 | age 3+

Level 1 is where water exploration meets foundational swimming skills! The primary focus is getting students comfortable with the water, basic aquatic skills, and safe practices in and around water.

It's important to note that progressing through levels is unique to each individual, and it's not uncommon for a student to take swim levels more than once. Mastery and confidence are key to a lifetime of enjoyable and safe swimming.

Before diving into Level 1, participants should be proficient in the following prerequisites:

• Water entry/exit
• Jumping to adult
• Underwater bobs
• Bubbles (lips below water)
