Write Your Own Will

Should you pass away unexpectedly, would your wishes be carried out? Who would coordinate probate for your estate? Who would care for your children? How would your assets be distributed?

In this informative class, a licensed attorney will help answer these important questions and guide you through drafting a basic, legal, and effective will. This class is designed for individuals whose total assets, including real estate, life insurance, and retirement accounts, are valued at less than one million dollars.

Prior to class, participants will receive a questionnaire from Community Education that must be completed and brought to class. The questionnaire will be emailed a few days before the class date. Basic computer skills are recommended, as participants will create their wills on a computer during class.
