Follow along step-by-step as Chef Tess shares her recipes, techniques for building flavor, working with simple ingredients, and creating a complete, from-scratch seemingly gourmet meal you’ll be proud to serve. Whether for a holiday gathering or a cozy dinner at home, this comforting classic is sure to become a family favorite.

The week of class, you will receive an email with an ingredient and supply list, prep packet, and Zoom video conferencing link. A few days after the class, you will receive an additional email with the recipes used.
