Kits will be available for pick-up beginning August 3rd at Handke Center, 1170 Main Street, Elk River, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm. If you are unable to pick up during that time, or would prefer a Rogers pickup location, please email communityed@isd728.org to make other arrangements.
