Rogers Royals Speed and Strength Program for Boys | grades 9-12
This 7-week course is designed for the competitive high school athlete. Participants will spend one hour in the weight room doing total body workouts, followed by one hour working on speed, agility, and/or sport-specific training.
Registration is based on the grade the student has just completed. Participants should be entering grades 9–12 in the upcoming school year.
Marc Franz
Marc Franz has been the head football coach at Rogers High School since the school opened. In addition to serving as head football coach, he is a math teacher at the school. Marc played college football for the St. Cloud State Huskies.
