Players are grouped by age and ability to ensure everyone is appropriately challenged while building confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Throughout camp, coaches emphasize the DASH Sports values of Respect, Hustle, and Pride, helping athletes grow both on and off the field. The camp concludes with an exciting scrimmage on the final day, giving players a chance to showcase the skills they've learned. Participants should bring a water bottle each day. Blizzard Ski & Snowboard School Day Trip | grades 6-12
School’s out and there’s no better way to spend the day than on the slopes with Blizzard Ski & Snowboard School! Enjoy a full day of skiing or snowboarding at Afton Alps. Each trip fee includes a lift ticket, equipment rental (if needed), one-hour lesson (especially recommended for beginners!), and round-trip bus transportation. You’ll receive an invitation for each trip after you register. Come on one, two, or all three trips — whatever works for you! We offer exciting cheer programs for beginner, intermediate, and advanced level students at an affordable cost. Your athletes will learn the fundamentals of cheers, chants, jumps, stunts, and cheer dance routines. Each class learns at least one full routine and will showcase their skills for parents and friends at competitions. No experience is necessary for Recreational Levels (Divisions 1-3). All classes are taught by certified coaches. Each Class is just $10. We offer competition opportunities at the state and national levels. All events are organized and managed by CFA staff. DASH Sports Summer Jr. NBA Mini League brings the excitement of game day all week long! Players will kick things off with one day of skill training, then jump into three action-packed days of instructor-led games—2 games per day for a total of 6 games. Players will practice and learn basketballs skills while gaining valuable game experience in this mini league. Athletes should bring a water bottle and a snack. Basketballs are provided. Optional: Participants may purchase a Minnesota Timberwolves jersey for an additional $30. To purchase, please select the "+ Timberwolves Jersey" option when registering for the class. *** Registering for a morning and an afternoon class at the same location? Join the "Lunch Bunch!" Community Education will provide a supervised hour between classes for you to enjoy the lunch you brought from home, then will get you to your afternoon class. Athletes should bring a water bottle and a snack. Balls are provided. Players may also purchase a customized Jr. NBA/WNBA jersey of their favorite team with their name and number. If you wish to purchase a jersey, please select the "Registration + Customized NBA/WNBA Jersey" option while registering for the class and complete the questions, including your team and number choice, name, and size. Jerseys will be ordered one week before the class. Registrations completed after that date will not include the jersey. Rum River BMX – Intro to BMX | age 3+
Experience BMX at Rum River BMX, the #1 BMX track in the United States! This introductory clinic is designed for first-time riders of all ages who have never held a USA BMX membership and want to explore BMX racing. Our expert coaches teach the fundamentals of BMX, bike handling, track safety, and riding techniques in a safe, supportive, small-group environment. BMX race bikes and full-face helmets are provided. Important Information:• Riders of all ages are welcome but must already be able to ride a pedal bike independently (no training wheels or assistance).• Riders must wear long sleeves, full-length pants, and closed-toe, closed-heel shoes. Extra jerseys are available to borrow if needed.• Check-in is 5:30-5:55 p.m. to complete required waivers and be fitted for a bike and helmet.
