EdVenture Club-Inclement Weather Care Inclement Weather Care is a program for students in grades K-5. EdVenture Club-Inclement Weather Care is offered from 6:30 am-6:00 pm at Hassan Elementary School on days school is canceled due to inclement weather. Registration Fee $TBD for the first child; $TBD for each additional child. Registration fee is due at time of registration. (discount applied automatically at checkout) Registration Information and Policies: To be eligible to attend, families must pre-register and pre-pay for 3 days of Inclement Weather Care. On days school is canceled due to inclement weather, your child may be dropped of at their registered site any time after 6:30 am and picked up by 6:00 pm. If you have pre-registered for the Inclement Weather Care, but decide NOT to use care on a snow day, you will NOT be refunded your registration fee. If you have pre-registered for Inclement Weather Care and there are fewer than 3 snow days during the school year, your account will be refunded after May for the days not used. If there are more than 3 snow days during the school year, you will have the opportunity to register for additional days. Children need to bring a lunch and beverage on Inclement Weather Days. A morning and afternoon snack and beverage will be provided. If school across the state is canceled by the Governor, EdVenture Club-Inclement Weather Care will be closed. If the Superintendent of ISD #728 Schools decides to cancel EdVenture Club-Inclement Weather Care due to dangerous weather and/or road condition, EdVenture Club will close for the safety of the children and staff. If the Governor or Superintendent closures apply, the day will not count as one of the billed Inclement Weather days.
