This summer, our youngest stars take center stage in a delightfully spooky production of The Addams Family. Whether you’re a fan of the mysterious, the spooky, or just plain hilarious, there’s a place for you in the most eccentric family on the block! Students will sing, dance, and act through the hilarious story of Wednesday Addams and her "normal" boyfriend, all while learning that being "different" is something to celebrate! Every student who registers will be cast in the show, from the iconic family members to the dancing ghosts of the Addams Ancestors. We are growing! To give our young actors more time to shine and develop their skills, we’ve expanded the program: 8 total contact days: More rehearsal time means more confidence on stage! TWO spectacular performances: Due to popular demand, we’ve added a second show day! Show off your hard work twice for friends and family on August 14th and 15th. This summer, we are thrilled to announce our spooktacular production of The Addams Family! In this "comical feast," Wednesday Addams has fallen for a "normal" young man, forcing Gomez to do the unthinkable: keep a secret from Morticia! The wackiness unfolds as the two families collide during one fateful, hilarious dinner party. This isn't just a play; it's a 12 day intensive performance experience designed to level up your acting, vocal, and dance skills. Every student who registers will be cast in the show! From the iconic family members to the ghostly Addams Ancestors, there is a place for everyone in this macabre musical adventure. We are dedicated to excellence! To ensure our cast feels confident and polished, we have added two extra rehearsal days to our schedule this year compared to last season. Every participant will score a snazzy show shirt to commemorate the production! Campers will also create an art project and have an opportunity to make horse treats to feed their new four-legged friends! Stations are split into 15-minute intervals. Class fee includes parent and child — parent/guardian is expected to remain with their camper during the entire duration of the camp. Proper attire includes sneakers or boots (closed toe and heel), long pants, and layers depending on weather. Bring a water bottle. ASTM/SEI certified helmets provided. Participants will have the opportunity to ride a real horse in a safe, enclosed arena, meet several different horses, and learn basic grooming skills—all with a strong emphasis on safety. In addition to the equestrian activities, campers will complete a fun art project and make special horse treats to feed their new four-legged friends. Activities are organized into rotating stations to keep everyone engaged and excited. Parents are encouraged to walk alongside their child while they ride and are welcome to take photos during the experience. The class fee includes one parent/guardian and one child. Please note: A parent or guardian must remain with their child at all times.
