In this hands-on cook-along, participants will create the instructor’s version of Tikka Masala completely from scratch. First, we'll begin with tender chicken marinated in yogurt and a fragrant blend of warm spices. The chicken is then cooked to perfection and nestled in a luscious, flavorful, scratch-made Tikka Masala sauce. To complete the meal, participants will also make soft, pillowy Homemade Naan and finish it with fragrant garlic butter and fresh herbs. Perfect for tearing, dipping, and soaking up every last bit of that wonderful sauce, the naan may just become your favorite part of the meal! From the aromatic spices to the rich, creamy sauce and freshly made naan, this is a cozy, comforting, and flavorful meal that you will be excited to make again and again! Equipment Needs: Stand mixer with dough hook attachment is recommended for the naan. If a stand mixer is not available, dough can be made by hand. More info will be provided in the ingredient list packet. The registration fee covers immediate family members living in the same household only. If children are participating, adult supervision is required. The week of class, you will receive an email with an ingredient and supply list, prep packet, and Zoom video conferencing link. A few days after the class, you will receive an additional email with the recipes used during the class.
