Together, we’ll make 3 foundational breads every home baker should know: a rustic artisan crusty loaf, soft fluffy dinner rolls, and classic sandwich bread. You’ll also enjoy a special demonstration of a stunning filled and braided Pane Bianco, which is perfect for entertaining or gifting. Along the way, we’ll demystify bread baking by exploring different flours, hydration levels, and yeast types while breaking down key concepts like baker’s percentages and the science behind gluten development and yeast, and exploring the simple tools / pieces of equipment that can take your bread making to the next level.
