DASH Sports Flag Football Tykes Camps introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of football in a safe, little-to-no-contact environment. Players will learn and practice key skills such as passing, catching, rushing, and defense. We'll put what we learn to the test with fun, age-appropriate drills and skill-based games. We'll build confidence, coordination, and teamwork while keeping the experience active and exciting for beginners. Athletes should bring a water bottle and wear athletic clothing and shoes (spikes/cleats are optional). Footballs and flag belts are provided. Parent participation is required for ages 2-3, and encourages as needed for age 4+.
