Each session includes: » Parent-Child Activities – Create special memories with hands-on fun. » Student Enrichment – Your child will learn and grow with our School Readiness Teachers. » Parent Education – Connect with licensed Parent Educators to explore relevant and practical parenting topics. Child care is available for siblings during parent involvement class times for an additional fee; arrangements must be made in advance. Early Childhood ScreeningAbout Early Childhood Screening Follow these steps to make an appointment Step 1: Select your ‘Featured Course’ or 'View All Courses In Early Childhood Screening' Step 2: View dates and times Step 3: Click the Enroll Now button to select your date, time, and location Step 4: Sign in or create your Eleyo account Step 5: Click the box next to your child’s name Step 6: Click the Enroll Selected People button Step 7: Answer the required enrollment questions Step 8: Click on the Answer and Enroll People button Step 9: Click the green Check Out button Step 10: Click the green Continue button Step 11: Click on the green Print Receipt button (“Your order is complete! You will be receiving a confirmation email with a link to the required forms”) Step 12: Complete the parent registration form, the link to this is in the confirmation email. If you do not receive a course confirmation email within a few minutes after registering, your registration is not complete and your appointment is not valid. Early Childhood Screening is a FREE, simple check of how your child is growing, developing and learning. State law requires children to be screened between the ages of 3 to 5 years old. The state of Minnesota requires a health and developmental screening for every child before kindergarten entry into a public school. ISD 728 Elk River School District offers this service at no cost. Screening is not a substitute for health care from your family physician, dentist, or other health care providers. Early Childhood Screening checks: Fine and gross motor skills Vision and hearing Speech and language development Height and weight Cognitive and social development Immunizations Appointments typically take one hour.Category -
