Halloween Carnival & Open Skate | all ages

Rogers Parks and Rec, in partnership with ISD 728 Community Education, is hosting our fifth annual Halloween Carnival & Open Skate event. Join us for a free game carnival with prizes, and for Open Skate beginning at 4:00pm. Wear a costume and skate free! Check for updates on our websites: City of Rogers and/or ISD 728 Community Ed.
