Get ready to level up your lacrosse skills! This dynamic, intensive non-contact class is packed with hands-on practice and fun games designed to build your confidence on the field. Learn and sharpen essential skills like stick work, catching, throwing, dodging, ground balls, athletic movement, and defensive techniques while developing game strategy and teamwork. Experienced coaches will keep things active and engaging in a fun, learning-focused environment using a softer ball.

All equipment is provided, but feel free to bring your own stick!
