Dumpling Duo! Homemade Pot Stickers, Viral Blanket Dumplings & Dipping Sauce

Bring the joy of Dim Sum into your own kitchen! In this hands-on cook-along, Chef Tess will guide you through making her famously delicious, restaurant-worthy pot stickers from scratch—complete with flavorful homemade filling, tender homemade wrappers, and a perfectly balanced dipping sauce.

Choose your favorite filling base of chicken or pork and join in the fun as we create a full-flavored, aromatic filling that is a textural dream. Then follow along step-by-step, learning the techniques for rolling, shaping, and cooking the dumplings to perfection with a golden, crispy bottom and tender, juicy filling. You’ll also use the same delicious filling to create the fun and viral “blanket dumplings” using store-bought wonton wrappers, giving this longtime favorite a fresh new twist. Freezing tips will also be shared.

With restaurant-worthy flavor and techniques you can recreate at home, these dumplings may just make store-bought pot stickers a thing of the past.
