Asian Favorites

Delight your taste buds! Prepare delicious egg rolls stuffed with pork, shrimp, and vegetables, along with hot mustard and sweet and sour sauce for dipping. Then, create fried rice using chicken, shrimp, fresh vegetables, and a secret sauce. Classic pork chow mein follows, served with crispy egg noodles, along with egg foo yung made with both chicken and shrimp. Finish the Asian favorites extravaganza with a delightful lemon custard torte.

This class includes both demonstration and hands-on instruction. Many food items are prepared by the chef in advance.

Founder of "Flavors from the Home," Jeff's love of food began at the Lincoln Deli. He received formal training at L'Hotel Sofitel in Bloomington, MN and Houston, TX. His professional career spans over 40 years, and has taken him to such spots as Buca Di Beppo, Figlio, Sunsets on the Bay, My Pie Pizza, and the Sunshine Factory. Jeff has appeared on several cooking shows demonstrating his culinary wizardry; his passion is teaching and demystifying the process of gourmet cooking.
