Mini-Hawk Flag Football participants learn the fundamentals of flag football, including running, catching, throwing, and basic game concepts through engaging drills and small-sided games. This non-contact program helps build coordination, confidence, and teamwork while keeping the focus on fun, skill development, and positive sportsmanship.
