Mindfulness Meditation - The Art of the Present Moment

Learn the art of mindfulness and discover how being fully present can support greater calm, resilience, and overall well-being. Through guided practices and practical techniques, you'll explore how mindfulness can help manage stress, tension, chronic pain, insomnia, unwanted habits, challenging emotions, and racing thoughts. Rooted in observing your own body and mind, mindfulness is a nonreligious practice that complements any personal beliefs or spiritual traditions.

Research has shown that regular mindfulness practice can benefit both physical and mental health. Because each session builds on the previous one, attending all classes is encouraged to gain the greatest benefit. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing so you can fully relax and participate in the guided exercises.

A few days before the class, you will receive an email with the Zoom video conference link.
