Intro to Strength and Conditioning

Looking to get stronger, move better, and build confidence in the gym, but not sure where to start? This 7-week beginner program is designed to teach you the fundamentals of strength training in a supportive, coach-led environment. You’ll learn proper technique for basic movements like squats, presses, and lifting safely, while improving endurance and overall fitness. Every workout is scalable to your current level—no prior experience needed.
This class offers small group coaching for personalized guidance and is perfect for beginners, those returning to fitness, or anyone wanting structure and accountability. All fitness levels welcome.

The coach is a CrossFit Level 2 instructor with 6+ years and over 4000 hours of experience. He also has additional CrossFit certificates in Dumbbells, Nutrition & Coaching pregnant and postpartum athletes.
