Take on a variety of ground-based obstacle challenges that build strength, coordination, agility, and confidence. Each day features new skills and course layouts in a fun and supportive environment.
Parent participation is encouraged to help participants understand directions, stay focused, and feel comfortable in this new, exciting environment.
This program is designed for all ability levels. All gear is provided—just bring a water bottle and wear athletic footwear.
