Guided Autobiography: Learn to Write Your Memoir, One Story at a Time
If you want to leave a legacy for your family, gain perspective on a life transition, start a memoir, or reflect on your life experience, the Guided Autobiography method of writing your memoir will get you started on the right track. Along with creative activities, writing tips, and helpful prompts, each session introduces a major life theme for a story to write at home and share with the group in a safe, supportive setting.
With a thematic approach to writing a two-page story each week, Guided Autobiography stirs memories and makes memoir writing accessible to everyone. No writing experience necessary!
