Introduction to Six Sigma Green Belt

Six Sigma methods are widely used across industries to improve processes and drive organizational success. This Introduction to Six Sigma Green Belt course equips participants with the critical skills needed for Six Sigma practice.

As the first course in the certification program, you’ll learn core Six Sigma terminology and problem-solving methods. This includes:

  • Lean Principles
  • Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA)
  • Team Tools, Project Charters, and Basic Statistical Tools
  • Descriptive statistics that support improvement projects and overall organizational success

Using a flipped classroom approach, the instructor encourages participants to explore materials beyond the classroom, including online resources, to deepen their understanding and apply what they learn in real-world scenarios.
